Actor Headshots

Actors commonly need and use headshots as their calling card. Casting agents not only need to see what the actors look like, but want to be able to determine if they fit the characteristics and physical description of the Casting Director, Producer or Director’s requests. It is important that actors not only look like their headshot when walking into an audition, it is equally advantageous if said actor fits into a specific character type.

Example of casting types could include lawyer, soccer mom, blue collar worker, or high school jock etc.

Real Estate agents understand this considering their photos end up on a lot their marketing collateral to include business cards, posters and social media. They need an image that conveys trust, professionalism and friendly customer service.

In world of the competitive job market, it is even more important for you to distinguish yourself amidst the fray. The dirty little secret in the job industry is that employers are indeed googling applicants and looking at their social media profiles beyond Linkedin. Sometimes snap decisions are made based on imagery alone, prior to them deciding to move you forward in the application process.

Having control of your online presence is the first step to a successful job hunt. What works for an interior designer may be vastly different than of the needs of a divorce lawyer.
